It's been raining-no thunder storming here for the past few days and I don't like it. I love the rain. It's peaceful, it's cleansing but I can't stand thunderstorms. My dad is a former firefighter who loves to watch the lightning dance with our drapes wide open. While he's doing this he's usually telling me some lightning related story that scares me out of my wits. Barns glowing rainbows because of lightning strikes, lightning striking his CB antenna that sat on his house and so on. I get so scared that I usually jump every time it thunders. I feel like this is such a childish fear, I know the science behind thunderstorms but I am still afraid of them. Are any of you afraid of thunderstorms?
This outfit is a fun outfit I put together at the last second. I was originally going to wear a shirt under the dress like I did in
this post but then this cardigan caught my eye. I've worn this cardigan multiple times and I love wearing it each time. The texture of it gives everything I wear it with a beautiful twist. This dress is one of my favorite pieces, it's got the cutest scallops and the prettiest turquoise color. To add some color I broke the dress up with a pink belt and the lovely cardigan I just talked about.
